As a beginner golfer, I am sure you already have a golf bag. You will likely have a cheaper bag, and most likely one that is called a stand bag. A stand bag is the most universal as it can be used in a cart anyway. A stand bag gives you the best of both worlds though. I really like to walk the course myself, because I want to get exercise.
